Jane Asher Reaney grew up in the Thumb of Michigan, in the village of Deckerville, just off Lake Huron. She is the baby of six Asher kids.
Barbara Jansen Urbonas grew up in Antigo, Wisconsin, the youngest of ten Jansen children who all went to Catholic school.

Deep Dive 365 Words is a writing project that two best friends designed after Barbara's cancer diagnosis in order to expand their consciousness and make it a journey of healing. The transformational writing brought these two friends clarity, understanding, as well as a deeper bond while sharing a new word for 356 days.
